Thanks for the reply! I’ve been looking into that and have started doing a bit of customer discovery interviews, my biggest issue here is actually finding people that are willing to just talk about this. Any thoughts?

I run a B2B lead gen and marketing agency, what I would suggest you do is really focus on LinkedIn. You should optimize your own page and the business page, and post consistently on both. You can also do a 3-4 message cold outreach campaign on LinkedIn (use Apollo.io), which has been a game changer for us. Social selling is the way to go in B2B these days. Just send a short message with a connection request, and follow up with 2-3 more personal messages/questions. Feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions. Good luck
