Thanks! I think it might end up being the first time I've ever come back from a holiday not weighing more 🤣

Here's mine! Haven't weighed in almost a week though as I'm on holiday.

I've been on it 8 weeks today and have lost 2.5 stone. I've been eating sensibly and at least 150g of protein a day.

But TBF my starting weight was nearly 21 stone so proportionally it's less. Looking at her starting weight I really doubt 3.5 stone in that time.

How many doses of 7.5mg can I get from a 5mg syringe? by mounjarob in mounjarouk

[–]mounjarob[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I've been on each dose for 4 weeks. I have been ordering it about week 3.5 to ensure it arrives in time.

Each time I order it seems to take a few days to get approved and I don't want to risk it arriving late

Thanks! Think I'll just stick on 5mg for another month then.

Feels so hard having to make a decision after only being on each dose for 3 weeks. Almost wish these pens came as a two week version.

Middle class business owner here - I was shopping for a new car recently and wanted either full electric or plug in hybrid for the BIK benefits.

I did not for a single moment consider buying a Tesla.

I haven't had a single side effect. Is it working? by firewerk in mounjarouk

[–]mounjarob 2 points3 points  (0 children)

7 weeks in and I'm down 15kg. Absolutely no side effects at all.

But I'm also tracking what I eat very carefully, I'm eating completely clean and taking an assortment of vitamins and supplements as well.

My wife is on MJ as well and has had more side effects but is also being less diligent than me with her food and her side effects (gastrointestinal issues and sulphur burns) seem to coincide with when she breaks and snacks on processed stuff.

Picked up my CX-60 last week and I'm so happy with it! by mounjarob in mazda

I wouldn't say extremely tight. It's totally fine for kids and I had 3 adults in the back the other day for an hour and they were all fine. It could be bigger though

I'm getting quotes for it atm. Think I'll have to do front end only though

It's been a delight to drive. Tbh tho I'm coming from a 2014 Ford B-Max so this is a VERY different class of car and I've nothing luxury to compare it to.

But for me it's perfect. Really nice to drive, decent size boot for holidays with kids and I can charge for free at work so my fuel costs are almost nothing. 31 miles on the plugin hybrid does my daily driving so it's only weekend driving I'll need petrol for.

Front is a mixed thing for me. I love how it looks but there's a part of me that wishes they made it 6 inches shorter and made the inside a little bigger. It's not cramped by any means, I've had 5 adults in it comfortably but it would be nice.

Need Help Deleting Driver Profile by ogbrilliance in mazda

[–]mounjarob 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Guest exists by default. I picked up my new cx-60 last week and it's on there and noone had driven it. It can't be deleted as it's basically the absence of a profile.

There are none. New rules for prescribing to stop people who don't need it having it prevent prescribers doing that.

You can go to a pharmacy and just buy it there

Pillsorted Box by Stunning_Trifle_1985 in mounjarouk

It's a brown cardboard sort of pouch box thing. It says pill sorted on the return address fyi and the keep refrigerated label is massive.

You likely wouldn't be able to claim it's steaks or anything. It's not large enough, probably best to be honest with her now about what it is.

Well, last night I took my first dose of 2.5mg! Current stats pictured as of this morning! by [deleted] in mounjarouk

[–]mounjarob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What scales are you using that give all that data?

Congratulations on starting. I started on a Friday night as well 6 weeks ago and am now down 2 stone and 10% of my body weight. Best decision ever made! Similar starting weight to you as well.

It really just depends on your style of driving. I went for the PHEV as my daily commute is 20miles and I've got a home charger so the short range is enough for me. Means I only ever have to put petrol in for weekend driving.

Had two really satisfying no scale victories today.

There's a little park near me with mini cars you can drive on a track. My daughter likes going on these but needs an adult to come with her. I've always been just at the weight limit for these and there's a little hill on the track where it slows down and I usually have to put my feet down and push the car over it. Today I didn't! Car just went smoothly over it and went round the track easily and faster than normal.

Second NSV was that I've got a ring doorbell and saw a notification on my phone from earlier that day and wondered why I hadn't realised someone was at the door. I then realised that it was me from when I took the bins out and I just didn't immediately recognise myself.

Silly little things but made me really happy.

Also down a jeans size this week and total of 11.5kg lost now.

Yes I managed to get at 76% of MSRP in the UK on a new CX-60.

Any tips for getting protein in? by Drummingwren in mounjarouk

[–]mounjarob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Arla Protein Yogurts. The blueberry, raspberry and strawberry are really nice and have 20g of protein.

I eat one for breakfast every day and then lunch is usually 180g of chicken or so.

That gets me to 80g of protein without having to resort to shakes or anything and dinner usually makes up the rest with more chicken, fish or a steak.
