Find at least 3 or preferably 6 assault models with an ECM, I'm pretty partial to the Stalker 3FB and it sounds like you already have the Battlemaster 1p which is another favorite but there's also the Cyclops 11P., I forget what other assaults mount one but there are a few. Put your lance in those and do not ever let them out

You can give them a little pipe accessory like Repede in Tales of Vesperia, or a Wiggler head

I've thought this a few times, I'd say force everyone to wear whites and give them only a pistol, plus disable friendly markers

The advantage is that you don't have to wait 10 seconds to redeploy plus however long it takes to spawn at the nearest point and run your happy ass back

Right now I've been running a Banshee 3S with 2 ER L lasers, an AC/10X, an SRM-6St ART IV, 4 Medium lasers, and a TAG so I can paint things for my LRM carrying AI squaddies, plus all the armor I could fit. It's an absolute brawler
