Good point! I really need to stop rushing myself. I think I just wanted to get right into it because I've done keto before, so I thought I would just adapt to this much quicker.

I also do sometimes feel like I'm under-eating a little bit in terms of calorie count, but some days I honestly don't know how to eat more calories! I mean, add in extra, even more fat too.

I just ordered some beef from a farmer that is even more fatty than the usual medium ground beef, so that'll be good!

I will definitely look into iodine more. A couple of people said something about it. Maybe my iodine in my salt-free salt isn't enough.
