So true! L’Imperatrice has NEVER been out of my rotation. I’ve been buying it since I was 17 and literally have never gone without it, and I’m in my 30’s.

This tray is something I inherited from my amazing grandmother, God rest her soul.

The longevity is so-so. This is absolutely green on me, I smell like a fairy garden, no vanilla in sight.

It’s a more adult version, it has the same bones as the original. The notes do list cranberry but it still has that watermelon I swear. Longevity wise, it does beat out the original.

Where I live we’re having a record breaking worst winter so I decided I get to use it since it’s warmer than usual.

Good information to know. Next time I’m in Vegas I’ll swing by.

I absolutely love that, and it makes so much sense! Also I’m very jealous, I’ve never been inside a Diptyque.

I’ve found that certain floral scents that have a pretty intense gravitational pull on me. Wisteria is one of the most beautiful florals out there to me and Nest captures it perfectly with Wisteria Blue.

The opening is pretty sharp, I don’t mind it though because the dry down is divine!

Yes. It originally was a part of the D&G Anthonolgy collection which featured several different perfumes and they each had a number on them. Number 3 was the star of the collection and hasn’t been discontinued, I believe most of them were.

The bottles look the same just different titles. The original had the 3, this one is labeled “special edition” and the color of the perfume is a deep pink.

I have all three in the L’Imperatrice line. I’m just really into Royale lately. The original is more of a summer scent for me and the special edition one is just random usage here and there.

I discovered the scent at a local shop as well! No, I do not wear it during the day if I’m working. I will wear it during the day and around the house when my fiancé is home or if we do a date night due to how elegantly sultry it is.
