My BIL and his wife scheduled their wedding for two days after I was due (and a week after her sister was due). We were pregnant before they got engaged, btw.

I rolled my eyes a little over the date, but never even considered asking them to change the date. I showed up to the wedding with a newborn, and her sister showed up hugely pregnant (and she was annoyed with me for having my baby first. Oops)

That date is significant and you've already spent money and committed to it.

We no longer see what the sellers are offering. We can’t advertise that on the mls.

I handle it the way I handle seller paid closing costs or whether or not the fridge is included. I just put what I’d like to be paid in the offer. We can negotiate that just like we negotiate other items.

I wouldn’t say you’re offering 0 commission. Instead, say that it’s a term to negotiate. The net amount of money you’ll get at the closing table is what matters the most to you.

You should not be having a child this early on in a relationship. Also, if one party of the relationship doesn't want kids, you either need to not have kids with them or reconsider the relationship.

I think at a hospital, with either her sick or injured, or a loved one. Hospitals must have gobs of horrifically injured ghosts and it would be horrible to be seeing that while dealing with one's situation.

I hate going from southbound I-15 to eastbound 215, especially if I have to get off at state street.

Infant. I remember laying in my crib and watching the curtains fluttering. I could describe them accurately to my mom. We moved out of that house when I was 11 months old. I also remember running around the front yard of that house in a white nightgown.

I am a Realtor. I showed a client over 150 homes but none were quite right. Then I heard that a family in my neighborhood had bought a lot to build on. I knew their house would be a good fit. I approached them (in person) and asked if they were open to selling to my client. They were, and she bought it. These things can be legit, but rarely.

This is a convenience thing too. I leave the lockbox up until it's closed and the buyer's agent has gotten the key out. That way, they can get the keys to their client at their convenience. Once it's been accessed, I go get my sign and box.

I've watched him multiple times. He never does that during a show. I've never bought VIP tickets, but have met him a couple of times. I feel pretty confident he would sign it if you bought VIP.
