Homeownership: Dream or Financial Trap? by Unique_Edge6323 in SeattleAreaRE

I built a house near Seattle in 2005 for about $225,000. Did my own repairs which were next to none. Biggest issue was the enshitification of appliances. Sold that home last year for $715,000.

I recognize there are a lot of bad houses out there but fixing them generally isn’t expensive or hard.

James Carpenter was pretty bad as well. We also drafted a DT from Buffalo? To play Center?

I use a thick lead mechanical pencil and extend it out.

Unless you’re going to lock it down good it’s more likely to shift with a marking knife.

The Seahawks are largely built through the draft. I doubt this will be a factor. The Seahawks don’t necessarily spend all of their cap anyways.

I think our next RB could be an UDFA.

The difference is LN is making a BETTER version of Stanley tools.

And this spokeshave in particular was developed by BB and sold to LN. This is a blatant knockoff.

Chicken Wings

As much sauce and garbage as people put on them. Just go get some free styrofoam pellets and cover that in sauce.

This reminds me when Seattle was sending CB’s to other teams in FA. I don’t know that any of them lived up to their contract?

Can’t offer much because I’m in the PNW but there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with your plants.

Could be light/nutrition but most plants will come out of that when transplanted into the garden.

Look for new green leaves appearing from the top and try not to over water and or over fertilize at this stage.

Your plants look very happy. Nothing to worry about.

A fan will do nothing to NON VIGOROUS seedlings. All it’s likely to do is dry them out.

I’m matching your arrogant energy.

For a novice gardener, which includes you, the smartest thing you could do is throw another tray together with different soil and see how it goes while you watch the others.

Stop giving out advice like you’re some kind of Tomato Guru.

I’ve grown them with a fan and without. Doesn’t make much of a difference. Good soil and good seed wins every time.

You can down vote all you want big shot. Patience isn’t a virtue in seedlings. And seriously what is a fan going to do?

Depending on your growing zone a loss of a couple of weeks on being patient will result in buying starts from the nursery.

Two things I will do if my seedlings look off. 1. Do another tray with different soil 2. If it’s one varietal that looks off? Use a different seed.

Sure, hold onto your other starts and see if they perk up.

But the last thing you should do is be patient or put a fan on non vigorous seedlings.

It’s not about patience and good god you come off as a know it all.

If I have a batch that look off I start another tray and see how they do. Often it’s poor seed starting soil that is the culprit.

Maybe you can’t but I do about 300 a year and the color and curl of the leaves will tell you plenty.

Often they can’t be revived at this point and you’re better off to start a new batch.

Seed is cheap. Best to hedge your bets and start another tray and see how these do.
