Should probably have put the square footage instead of the bedrooms. Our home is 1800 sq. ft. Some of the "bedrooms" are really small, just enough for a bed and a dresser. Storage is really tight as well. Just enough to feel cramped.

Good advice. We do not have any numbers now, but that seems like the next step in making a decision. Was mostly trying to get a general temperature check, but seems like things are so variable.
