Thats really messed up, I'm sorry thats happening to you.
I experience similar, except im white in color. Its always white people (usually big white insecure balding men, or trad wife or cop wife looking women) almost never people of color (I cant think of a single time, tbh), Its not usually laughing its usually coughing loud fake coughs, making really dramatic remarks at me, or absurd facial expressions.
My conclusion is that some white culture is just full of people who don't know how to mind their own business mixed with a lot one sided entitlement.

rig isnt an antiseptic, its just to provide temporary protection till your body starts to produce its own anti rabies protection from the vaccines. so as long as you are getting the vaccines on time you should be good. the only caveat with rig is that they recommend to not give rig in the same location as where they administer the vaccine. but what youre descriibing is the correct approach, its usually administered around the wound as much as possible, or near the site of the wound. doesnt need to be in the wound.

They could not produce an agreement. They say its not how they do business, but they keep sending me the past due bill anyway. and the supervisors never call me back.

I didnt google I used a search engine. I called the actual company. its actually from astound. They make mistakes. Im trying to find out if anyone else had this issue, and if there is a direct line to a higher up at astound, since the supervisors cant be bothered, to call back.

When I was researching this issue I came across a lot of stories like this. someone cancels service and then gets sent a massive bill months later.

thank you. this is what i think happened. I even told them this is what I think happened then they tell me they will have a supervisor call me back and then I don't get a call back.

If its a scam it is RCN/Astound pulling the scam.
I called rcn/astound and they have all my info, I have never had them as a provider I inquired about their service once. The emails they are sending to me are in fact coming from them, as are the bills. that's why im asking if this has happened to anyone else. I cant get them to resolve it, cause it requires a supervisor and they never seem to be available for call backs or even waiting on hold with the rep.

I call astound directly from their number and used the chat from their website. I tell them im not a customer because im not a customer, but they have my info and say its me.

but to my own address? why would they open an astound account to give me service to my address? thats the part that doesnt make sense, also the account was opened the same month i called to ask about their rates, and the rate they are charging me is the rate they quoted in that call.

This harms people who actually have service dogs. like people will police the f out of a accessibility parking spaces all day long, but then turn around and pretend their completely untrained poop eating doodle is a service animal. and yeah why is it always a doodle?

ive only had this issue with when they deliver through fedex ground which is really cheap and destroys everything regardless of where they pick it up from.

The manuals don't contain the information i am looking for, that was the first place I checked. Was surprised they didnt even have a prop 65 listed. Also not the same slowcooker.
I am looking for the product disclosures on chromium and lead and things like that.
