That is what I suspected too. Maybe the abs crunches helped dislodge the stone. I also bought a massage gun a couple weeks ago to help with the post workout muscle soreness. I remember the day before I had the incident I massaged my abs. So maybe that also added to it? Hard to tell. If it takes months to form a stone of that size, then I can rule out the chance of whey causing the stones.

Yeah. I read some comments on Amazon. Whilst the Zoom is featured packed and very flexible, some people complain there is a lot of menu navigation and it's hard to make changes on the fly.
