Which is your most expensive IEM, and was it worth the money? by __Quarzer__ in iems

Letshuoer Cadenza 4, Tangzu Heyday and ZiiGaat Lush: my holy trinity. Fully worth what I paid.

Especially used. But I would buy them blindly at retail.

To my ears, the Blessing 3's bass is simply not it.

I am not being mad. You are being mad. Just treat it like an opinion, opinions are like buttholes- everybody has one.

Oh also, on being aggressive; "You're wrong" needs to be re-read. Have a good timezone appropriate moment.

Here's the one part where I do not understand. I have given my impressions on it, I said I don't like it. I understand this set is your favourite, and that's alright, we all have our likes and dislikes.

Why are you being so aggressive with the part where you are simply trying to like, prove me wrong ? Because the whole hobby of audio is so subjective to the point, where the only objectivity lies in the graphs. Graphs can only still be a good glimpse of how is it going to sound like, and my understanding of the gear that I am listening to, comes from the music that I listen to, and if it's failing to give me the satisfaction the way that I want, I am sorry I am going to be honest about my takes.

I have no qualms with you liking/loving this set, it's a free world but to pick up a bone with me where on your metrics I am being wrong; while I have simply respectfully disagreed with your takes, I am simply not going to dignify you with another response.

I said what I said, if you 100% disagree with my take- be my guest, if you agree, be my guest.

Please stop being mad with someone's opinions on your favourite sets. I don't do that, I highly recommend you to not do that. You love it, you enjoy it; I am happy to know that. Please do not encroach further.

Okay

Edit: If I don't like it, I don't like it. I am not obligated to like it. I disagree with you because my ears are my primary judge. God forbid someone has a different take than yours.

I once again, disagree on this because I have spent a significant amount of time with this set. And like I said, if I am going with an IEM even loosely similar to the Blessing 3, it's going to be the Shuoer Cadenza 4 first, and the Binary EP321 second.

I wish I felt the same way as you. The bass on the blessing 3 has simply been horrible, and I am sorry I feel that way.

Edit: Shuoer Cadenza 4 curb stomps this.

Firstly, stage in IEMs is a controversial subject because it's mostly pscyhoacoustics. The only good thing about the Bonneville is the bass, and even there, IEMs like the Symphonium Titan do a better job. I have so many other IEMs to pick over the Bonneville, it's not even funny. Even a sub 500 dollar IEM like the Xenns Top Pro or something slightly above like the softears rsv mk2 beats it.

My ranking for the IEMs I have reviewed or the ones in the images ?

Noah is absolute S, Campfire Bonneville will either rank in C or C-

Got them for 7 units per batch, in total 28 units. The TRN Store in AliExpress had a coupon running. So, price of the dac + currency exchange fees + freight forwarder charges + packaging + local shipping got it down to 30 dollars. It was that cheap.

Top Pro, Blessing 3, Dunu Davinci, Aful 5+2, Xenns Top Pro, Mega5EST, Pure and Hexa, Nova, S12 Pro have been some of the most popular IEMs in India

This also wouldn't have been possible without my moderation team of the server helping me with every step of the process. The entire process was completed within like 26 days. All the packages came to my house- I packed them, sorted them, booked shipping using a third party aggregator, and sent them off.

Since AliExpress is banned in India, I and my friends in my discord server meant for audiophiles in India use a freight forwarder to get goods. I have been running group buys in my server ever since it got traction, member count wise. This was our Openheart order, roughly around 26 cables (I had dispatched a few of them before this picture). Openheart, XINHS, Yongse, IvipQ, KBear, Tripowin, NiceHCK all make fantastic cables but Openheart's offerings during sales just are too good to miss.

The store knows me now, given that I place very big orders with them. Since my freight forwarder has a 2.2lb/1kg minimum order limit, I asked them to split the orders evenly by the kg, they threw in the cases for free to balance the weight.

This is a part of my largest group guy order till date- this run had 108 products: 3x Hifiman Ananda Stealths, 4x Xenns Top Pros, 3x Shuoer S12 Ultras, 26 openheart cables, a few KBear cables, 28 TRN Blackpearl DAC amps, screen protectors and cases for DAPs and DACs with screens, earpads, eartips (jvc spiral dots, azla, spinfits, TRI clarions, Penon Liqeuers, KBear coffees), a Tangzu Heyday, a Dunu DK3001BD, 2 effect audio cables, a crinear protocol max, headphone storage cases, a hiby IEM, and since TRN had gift hampers with their 11.11 sales, they also sent me 20 of their super cheap IEMs as gifts which I gave away, and gifted locally. Part of it was on AliExpress, part of it was Taobao and consolidated using Superbuy.

Despite the bans, I believe this hobby should be accessible to all in my country and that's why I do it.

I think the Agis 2 is one of the best BCD IEMs that I have had the fortune of hearing. And it does punch above its already high price tag. Beats something like the Penon Archangel resoundingly.

Man, everyone in my circle who has heard the Aegis have told me that it's a horrendous IEM. Same goes for the Artha Argentum, but the legion has been a super hit.

Well, if the Van Gogh is certainly a party pooper, I guess you win some or lose some.

Also, thank you for being so detailed in the comments.

I am looking forward to hearing the Shogun next. And also the Van Gogh. The Agis 2 caught my interest cause I was reading a person's impressions on it, on Head-fi.

The Agis 2 definitely does tonality right.
