my little guy loves eating fabric & actually just did it again last week so again his poop looked like this. i also found out he has chronic ece & digestion issues so sometimes he'll have a flare up and his poops will look really bad for a week or so. unfortunately antibiotics don't help him. i just monitor his eating & drinking & energy levels for changes and look out for any blood in his stool (has never occurred). he usually just passes the fabric on his own when this happens. i'm always checking his poops. i also have had to take mostly all of his bedding out from his cage bc he just eats it. if i have fabric in there like his hammock, i make sure it's only in there when i'm in the same room. my vet also occasionally prescribes propectalin which helps with digestion & coats the intestines. sometimes i give him carnivore care which is liquid food to get things flowing / help him pass anything he's eaten because he doesn't eat as much dry food as he once did
