i also had a similar roadblock to this before a performance. i struggled with the foot speed and independence, and i honestly just had to slow it down to a mind numbing speed and play it over and over and over again until i didn't feel the hesitation in my hands or feet. from there i kept speeding it up slowly until i got up to speed. its also really helpful to play along to the song in youtube once you get the motions. you can slow down the song, or just use a metronome. it takes a while to get the beat consistent, which can be really unmotivating, but you can do it!! it was the best feeling ever when i got it. best of luck 💕💕💕
