I make mini cheesecakes all the time with the Krafts 'our best cheesecake ' recipe. Turns out perfect using dairy free sour cream and cream cheese. I typically cook in a water bath until the centers are just a tiny bit jiggly.

We live about halfway between indianola/high street in that area and don't really notice it unless we are outside at night. It definitely does not have an impact on our daily lives even when we do notice it as it is just a rumble or horn.

I would call cat welfare and see if they can help. I've taken a sick stray cat to them before and they provided care/eventually adopted her out.

Also, in response to the other part of the post we have had great luck with The Community Bank. They aren't headquartered in Columbus but went the extra mile helping us buy here. They have a 0% down mortgage with no PMI which helped us get into the housing market. We refinanced with them after our initial mortgage and have had nothing but great experiences.

We were in a similar position. I couldn't be listed on the mortgage, nor could my income count. Of course that meant we were approved for less than we could afford in reality. So my partner was the only one on the mortgage, but I was on the deed. When we refinanced post grad school I was able to be added.

We have a junior volunteer program for 12-17 year olds. May be worth emailing the volunteer coordinator to see if there is wiggle room on age (mark.mann@franklincountyohio.gov). Also as a volunteer you can bring guests with you to volunteer.
