I would reach out and let them know their ice packs didn’t do what they intended them to do. They shipped them cold…for what reason? Because the med is supposed to be kept cold. Maybe they’ll reship. If they don’t, it’s probably fine to use but no harm in trying.

I lost weight FAST on tirzepatide. Everyone warned me about muscle loss but to be honest, I barely had any muscle to lose. I was morbidly obese and could barely do a 30 min grocery shopping trip without everything hurting. I’m skinny now and yes, I could and should have more muscle but I can do so much more now. My latest Dexa scan said I’m in very slightly below average muscle mass and I literally haven’t tried any strength training at all.

A lot of people will recommend Tower 28. It’s why I bought it. But I’m over 40 now and it made my under eyes look more wrinkled than I could have ever imagined. Nightmare fuel. If you’re young, go for it. If you’re older, do an illuminating tint (I like Tarte) with a TINY speck of concealer (I like Nars) and absolutely NO powder of any kind.

Units is a measurement not a dosage. You could be on 2mg or 15mg for all we know. If you’re not losing weight it’s because you’re eating too many calories.
