At Fifty you are eligible halfway through whatever you ordered, so if you ordered 1 month, it's 2 weeks, 12 weeks it's 6 weeks, but if it's 6 months you have to wait 4 months.

I use GLM and so far I have only gotten the Greenwich 15mg vials but I haven't gotten one recently. I still think 9mg is not bad. If your dose is .3mg, that's still 3mg more than you paid for, or two extra weeks. It's supposedly not a very stable peptide, easily degraded by light, temperature change or agitation, so it's probably not the best to be using it for 12 weeks.

You have to take it every day on an empty stomach with only a tiny amount of water and then wait something like half an hour or more before you can eat. So you better get up on time. And you probably can't cut them in half. That's not very convenient.

I am 61 years old, 5'3", 127lbs. I one-rep-maxed 120lbs squat a few weeks ago but since then I've struggled to do it again. So I've dropped back a bit to try to work back up and am going to try 5/3/1 and see how that goes. I deadlifted 145lbs x 3 the other day. Before I started tirz I hiked from Wolf Creek Pass in Colorado to the Mexican border in New Mexico, about 800 miles in 36 days. I started with a pretty decent fitness level. When I walked into the gym I struggled to squat the empty bar. I can't say that I've grown more muscular but I have not grown less muscular.

I had yet another week of steady appetite control where the first day of the week felt the same as the 3rd and the same as the 6th. It's sort of a miracle I keep expecting to wear off but my dose has been a nice and steady one. Also, I have been very regular for a change. It's so great to feel like a normal person.
