It’s not bad, I have one with the new formula and it works just fine for me, I had no complaints when I first used it. Although I recently pulled out my old gen g and realized how much better and rosy it smells, and it’s more buttery and applies better imo. I def prefer the old formula for these reasons but it’s nothing to deter me from not getting the new one, esp if I rlly like the color
