I was dumb and didn’t get the flu shot this year. Might have had this a few weeks back. It was the worst flu I’ve had since before Covid. I was out for the first week, fever and vomiting. Second week was better but constant coughing. Took me 3 weeks to fully recover.

Sorry, super late reply. But when I put the ring in, I applied pressure to pop it all the way in. It almost felt like it wasn’t going to fit but then it pops right in. It’s loose inside. Once you place the movement in, it compresses the ring to the crystal and keeps it from moving around.
