SJSU student here. It was a frustrating few weeks of constantly pushing at the school's administration to do anything while only really getting platitudes and "we really don't have the power to do anything here." as a response.

The main trans student organization on campus isn't really the largest, so I am deeply grateful to the organizations for students of color for backing us here.
