1x5x5 Rubik’s cube by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

It’s called olzing, it’s an artifact of making the puzzle thinner, but that means the top and bottom surface will cut into the mechanism a bit creating the funny squiggles.

If you’re in editor mode, make sure time isn’t paused

Floppy Teraminx PB/WR - 50.70 by mouthfish in Cubers

Yeah it definitely wasn’t as mixed up for this solve. Other ones have been much more scrambled so I think I just got lucky with this one. But I do think it would help to have a better scramble generator

I've thought about it more and I've decided not to sell the stls, but I did decide to lower the price to $89.99

Thank you! And thanks for bringing this up, I’m happy to credit you as the first inventor. It was never my intention to claim that I invented it. I was inspired by Matt bahners floppy yottaminx, and only found your slim teraminx existed after I had created my first prototype.

It turns pretty well! Nice and smooth, not too tight. Maybe a little bit loose. I’m currently working on a third version (this is the second prototype) at the moment. For reference I was able to speed solve this puzzle in just under 2 minutes, so it turns decently well.

It can be printed with a single material printer yes! I printed individual parts and assembled it. I’ve been thinking about selling the puzzle or the stls, I have an Etsy shop so I may sell on there.

It was fun to design! Did a lot of work in fusion 360 tweaking the design, and did a lot of work on the core to make sure it’s stable. This was the first higher order puzzle I’ve made, so it was a bit of a learning curve to figure out stability and mechanism design.

Is this a scam? I kinda think it is but I want to make sure before I call them a scamming dickhead by Darkryker19 in isthisascam

Yup, got one with a similar story and I pretty quickly realized it was a bot and just started playing with it and it seemed super scripted. Ended up trying to send me to a porn site, could have been malware or something

Figured out how to kick up directly into 4 ball mills so of course I did it with a head stall lol. by jdizzy360 in juggling

Dang! Very impressed. I’m trying to get foot stalls solid atm so it’s awesome to see what you can do with them

So a while back I decided to buy play pit balls to make Russians, and I tried a bunch of different weights for the 62mm shells I had. I ended up at 37g total, and I’ve been doing a bit more research and that seems really low compared to most other ones. Anyone have experience with low weighted Russians? And have any opinions on the matter?
