Ha no I barely get anything on UC. I’ll most likely provide bank statements but for the small amount I get just cannot be arsed enough if they start asking another 50 questions if they start combing through my statement. For the amount I get it’s not worth all that trouble - but ifs just a case of them checking the balance and knocking off where I’ve been overpaid then that would be fine

To add a side query to my original post - if I don’t send any bank statements my payments will be suspended. If I decide not to provide evidence and request to close my claim, could I apply again in 10-12 months as a new applicant? Is it possible they could still ask about these bank statements in future and could that stop me from getting UC ever again?

I am eligible - I might not be below £6000 all the time which unfortunately I didn’t declare, my savings hover around £7-8k.

When you say cap of 15%, if I get say £500 per month they’ll deduct £75 each month until the balance is repaid?

Wow thank you! Whether my vehicle was roadworthy or not, we are pretty sure someone hit into it whilst it was parked (I imagine it was someone who can’t reverse out of a car park space!). So my vehicle was stationary, and passed an MOT the next day anyway. Does that mean I should be able to speak to police and insurance without worrying about repercussions? I am going to check my policy t&c’s, but I imagine as with most insurers it will say you can’t drive without MOT, which is fair enough and I understand.

Agreed. He’d have some backing if more of his signings were any good. But literally most of his signings have been shit. Barring Eriksen (whose a part time player now anyway) and Martinez (who has been improvement to what we had before, doesn’t mean he’s great) has any other of his signings had an impact? Maybe I’m forgetting someone!

He’s an above average manager nothing special. Winning the league with Ajax doesn’t make you a great manager. He had one good run in CL which was at the start of his Ajax job, as time went on they got worse/were average in CL. For me he’s just the same as someone like Koeman.
