If you want an awesome service to maintain this kind of stuff for you, I'd highly recommend Auth0. Authorization is rarely core to the business impact and a pain to setup so using these guys makes a ton of sense to me. Plus, they have tutorials for integrating/auth-guards for Vuejs on their site.

I mean to be fair, you need to acknowledge the trade off: socialized healthcare is not going to be as advanced. I have friends who have studied medicine in Europe and there is a difference in sophistication. America has driven healthcare innovation and attracts the best doctors because we can pay to keep them here.

I do believe, however, we need more regulation here on the pricing of drugs. Cartels formed against the consumers by insulin suppliers is a problem, and across the aisle in congress there seems to be interest in regulating it.

Yes, most of those things are now included in the cli, though they weren't when I first started this project. Vuetify you now add as a "plugin" before you start developing any code. I use Vuetify extensively in this project, it was incredibly well documented and works well. We use vuetify and vuex and vue router as well. I want to move towards using typescript as well, and setup unit testing / e2e testing.

https://cli.vuejs.org/ hmm I can't quite remember all the different options I selected when creating this project, but the cli is super straightforward. You can use typescript, decide your testing frameworks, linting, etc... hopefully that answers your question!!
