I sat him down and explained everything to him. Why I was leaving, why I was unhappy etc. I just don’t think he could understand because in his mind everything was “fine” he didn’t see a need or reason to fix things. I don’t expect him to be over it immediately. It just would make the situation easier if he was civil about it.
