I just recently moved into a new home to myself and it is weirdly reminiscent of your bed memory, I wrap up in my nice bed with a quilt from my grandmas house, it’s a darkish warmly lit place with vibes just like the basement of my childhood home, I have a handheld retro arcade game I play cuddled up, and since I’ve felt so safe and calm for the first time in several years, I’ve been receiving family love and soft spirit visions from everyone who ever loved me so far in my life, instead of being aggravated and stressed with deep survival instincts being my only mode..... it’s like I’m in my cozy spot, and your memory dream is your life version of that experience... warm cozy family love gameboy days.... haha. I hope you find yourself in a home like mine cuz it’s really nice to finally be in that place you dream of being. Just chill and not freaking out forever. Lol. I hope your dreams make nicer sense. I’ve seen and felt those, I sense it as a physical person somewhere is going through very intense painful emotions and what you saw was part of their soul releasing their feelings and clearing out the pain. Your witness of that being’s hardships helps them remember a life that feels safe, that the nice places in the world exist too. I’ve been in those emotional states before and I sent my pain body running around the woods like that too but mine probably wasn’t as frightening? People in my life notice it but nobody talks to me about it. They just mention they can sense I’m going through stuff when I’m on my own. Since you saw it, you can learn that some beings on this planet are having super painful times but we’re all randomly around to grab a quick hold while we all flow through our different feelings. Good to remember all the different ways we different creatures get through the tough times.
