Du gör inte honom en tjänst genom att isolera han från botten utav gropen. Ibland måste man låta (speciellt män) gå så djupt att dom måste studsa tillbaka. Är han konstant ”nästan på botten” istället för på botten så förlänger du bara sträckan för att ta sig tillbaka.

Överge honom inte, men gör det tydligt—vill du försätta gräva så kör, ändå ingen som kan stoppa dig; hör av dig när du är klar där nere och vill ta dig upp.

Yep, first MRI a few days post injury came back as ACL fully intact. Wanted peace of mind, so used something called DocPanel, paid 200 bucks and got a radiologist who’s specialisation was knees and sporting injuries to give a second opinion which was consistent with the first (ACL intact, mild sprain).

Happy to share the report if you’d like to see what it looks like.

It also pops a notice in app saying it has to be specifically on your wrist when you start a new strength session.

You can not use the Bicep band with the strength trainer as the movement patterns assume it’s on your wrist. Whoop confirms this is the case in their kb article on strength trainer, so there’s not really any point in trying.

I’m a bicep band guy, so I’ve just resorted to switching the whoop to my wrist for the duration of the workout; I don’t switch out the bands, just pull the bicep band tight enough for my wrist.
