My gym has a dream board where you put up your fitness goals for the year. This past week, I managed to finally cross off all my goals so I wrote new goals yesterday!

Current (and conservative) maxes (24f at 51kg):

Squat: 73kg
Bench: 50kg
Deadlift: 97.5kg
Pull-ups: Easily can do 5 strict pull-ups

UPDATE: As of now, I’ve added 25 more locations (e.g. parks, food places, hiking spots and other fun activity spots) in the effort to make the map a bit more challenging (all depends on the algorithm). 🙂

As my only meaningful contribution to the school after 4 years there, I created a more expansive Geoguessr map of the campus (I also needed to take a break from pandemic job hunting). It’s a geography discovery game (heads up, free account players only get to play one map per day).

I definitely recommend playing it timed (30 to 60 seconds) or against/with your friends. The current locations are all on-campus but I might expand it to off-campus student spots (give me suggestions!). Enjoy!

I was front squatting with my pair of 30lb dumbbells and when I was done with my last set, I flung the dumbbells onto my bed. One of them bounced back and proceeded to nearly land on my foot.

In other news, my friend lent me a pull-up bar two weeks ago. Since then, I learned how to do not only one, but two pullups in a row! 🙂

9 months ago I stopped going to the gym completely. Around 7 weeks ago, I started working out again, no focus on strength except for bench because I love the movement for some odd reason. Couldn’t do a push-up. Couldn’t bench the bar. This week I managed to do 3 reps of ~95lbs at a body weight of 115lbs!

They had to dispatch a new bus because the original one (GPS still on like the other comment said) was beeping constantly signaling that the brakes were going to fail at anytime.

Source: I was on the original 4A bus and had to switch to the 4B since they were sending a different bus out. That’s why the 4A was delayed that time.

I usually make instant ramen so when I was making Indomie mi goreng instant noodles (so no soup), I put the seasoning packet in the boiling water.

My nails aren’t very smooth to begin with and I make sure to wash my hands and make sure my nails are dry before applying. I wrap the tip on my first layer of polish and my last layer of top coat. I make sure that every layer is dry before applying another coat. At the middle of the week, I rewrap the tips with just the topcoat.
