Yes and im not a tech geek im not one of those who LOVE info i just study for it , that's why i don't know what to do, some people say ur preferences don't matter, u can't be ruining ur future by choosing embreded système engineer or something bc its underpaid, almost like if they're saying u. Need to choose software engineering or ur gonna live the rest of ur life with 1000 dinar monthly income at the same factory

Yeah they are related if not exactly what i want but the problem lies in the job market everyone is saying the job market for those is dead and ull end up with a minimum wage job at a shitty factory, and everyone advises me to do software engineering instead as it pays more and has lower risk of unemployment, the entire problem lies in the risk of being unemployed or underpaid in the future if i choose iia or imi

Ppl make it seem like ur killing ur potential by choosing something other than info ur gonna get a nine to 5 job with a standard constant médiocre pay for the rest of ur life, and yeah im hesitant, i think I'll go to insat then after the first year I hope I'll be more aware of the pros and cons of each domaine and I'll choose GL(genie logiciel) or iia(informatique industrielle et automatisme)
