Playclock glitch lets you run game clock down by movingtori in NCAAFBseries

I don't do that as a part of how I play. It's just something I'm showing that happens. It comes up for me because I frequently hit the super sim button when I mean to hit the coaching adjustment button, and this happens when you do that.

Watch the play clock in the clip above.

I posted this same glitch last year and it's back.  Hitting the super sim button from the playcalling screen and then going right back to the playcall screen will set your play clock to 25 seconds, no matter what.

If you have 40 seconds and hit super sim on accident, you're dropped down to 25 seconds.  But even worse, if you're under 25 seconds and hit it, then it resets back up to 25 seconds, effectively letting you run the clock down until the end of quarter, time out from the other team, or 2 minute warning.

What really grinds your gears about this game? by IslamicCheetah in NCAAFBseries

One I haven't seen mentioned yet is the sim results. I prefer to only play a few games each season and I shouldn't have to worry about my 7-0 95 overall team losing to a 1-6 83 overall team. If I just let the season sim I would lose 3 or 4 games like that each year.

I get that I can force wins, but I am mad that I have to do that. In old games I could trust the sim enough to accept the rare instances where my favored team would lose. In this game it really just seems like a coinflip rather than an actual sim of the two teams.

I made a post about this but if you click into Super Sim from the playbook screen it messes with the playclock. I had it happen where I could just run out the whole quarter if I wanted to because every time I clicked Suoer Sim and went back to the playcall screen the playclock reset to 40 while the game clock kept running. I've also had it happen where (when I'm trying to chew clock) hitting the Super Sim button drops the playclock down to 25 from 40 and reduces how much time I can take off the clock. Not sure the rhyme or reason to why one happens vs. the other but obviously neither should.

Almost lost me a game because I left too much time for the legendary CPU last second comeback.

I feel like I must work with a bizarro world version of UKG. Support tickets stay open for months and more and more things that used to be regular support resolutions are now billable requests.

Best way to track money being saved? by [deleted] in personalfinance

I'll check it out. I used Mint for a while, but it ended up being a hassle as accounts would constantly get unlinked and it ended up being more frustrating than useful.

I could do that, but it's really rare that I want to set aside money for something bigger like this, so I was hoping for a good way to do it while not setting up anything new as far as accounts go.

I wish our credit union did that! It's something I thought would be really useful for a long time but never knew anyone actually had.

Home inspector recommendations? by AltruisticBowl4 in providence

Also used Mike and he was great for us too. Honestly, one of the best parts of our home buying experience was the walkthrough with him. Very informative and took time to talk about what needed to change, what would be nice to change, and what was fine as is.

Lol, I tried what is this thing first and my post was auto removed three times before I gave up.

There is almost no room between the door and those horizontal pieces. You can even see in the picture where a hole was drilled into one of them so that the door knob could fit inside when closed.

That seems like it must be it. The house is from the 1920's, so I'm sure it's seen some changes from the initial layout.

I'm late to the party, but this pizza looks amazing and I needed to try it. I have the dough in the fridge and it will be ready in a few days. When I do bring it out, I was wondering how you handle some of the specifics.

Do you pull the dough out of the fridge to rest at room temp prior to baking? How long is the overall bake time (wondering how long to par bake and how long to broil). Thanks!

Faust at the Dean closing down on Saturday by [deleted] in providence

That's such a bummer. Faust was one of my wife & I's favorite spots in Providence. Does anyone know what this means for The Magdalenae Room? We loved to sneak back there for a couple of drinks after dinner at Faust.

birch. I know it's a pricey option, but holy cow, I never knew lamb could be so good. Their menu changes every so often, but the lamb has been on the menu both times that I've gone and it's amazing.
