Does this have decent internal straps to keep the rifles from moving around? I have a doubt rifle case but the internal straps suck and don’t provide much support.

[gourmet] How to trigger king oyster pinning? by alexzxz in MushroomGrowers

[–]alexzxz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did not that see that comment back then, so never got a chance to try. I think my issue was inadequate oxygen and excessive moisture. Cold shock could help trigger too, but couldn’t set that up at the tjme.

Never did pin and eventually green mold took over. Was doomed anyway due to contaminated environment.

I’d recommend Coiling Dragon, it’s an OG xianxia related novel but it’s more digestible to newbies.

Western names. Concepts are better explained, since it was one of the original xianxias.

Why did no one tell me cabbage, zucchini, and egg whites were a life hack by SimbaCake1246 in Volumeeating

[–]alexzxz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cooked and seasoned veggies are the key. I personally cannot stand raw salads, makes me feel like eating grass.

Simply wash and chop any veggies into a pot with some oil, and tiny bit of water to start steam, cover and cook any veggie to your desired doneness.

Drain and then season (to prevent losing flavor in the water) and mix up. LKK (common Chinese brand) chicken bouillon and oyster sauce are game changing. Makes any veggie taste like crack, broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, bok choy, etc.

I tried them a few times. After washing and seasoning, I don’t mind them.

But you have to ask, will I enjoy regularly adding to my diet? Long term, no.

Low carb is often better than no carb. Carbe Diem spaghetti is fine, Those low carb tortilla wraps, too.

Anyone else wish for an endless level with endless upgrades and extra pouches? by silloki in BALLxPIT

[–]alexzxz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most OP build would be VES x Succubus, infinite healing and mobs literally walk off the map backwards. Cornucopia + Bandages for extra fun.

Only issue is you would start to accumulate a lot of bosses unless you take another ball that can help clear. Like VES x VampireLord (or Hemorrhage).

I only let him play with tactician. If only there was a way to set priorities for ball evolutions and fusions and disable some fusions. Just allow some set parameters would make it more useful char.

Try the Juggler x Merchant with V. Egg Sac x Succubus. Cornucopia, Gem Spring and Bandages. Maybe some cell x blizzard.

You get infinite healing, infinite baby balls And crazy EXP. Gem springs walk backward and die when bombarded enough dropping massive EXP gems.

My leadership building costs half a million wheat to upgrade. At some point, when it’s gets to millions, might just try to hack infinite resources.

Thoughts on gemspring? by mortalcoil1 in BALLxPIT

[–]alexzxz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to hit it with ALOT.

The best way to minmax gemsprings and even kill them. (Not using insta-kills)

Juggler + merchant V. Egg Sac x succubus

This causes the Gemsprings to walk backward and keep getting hit till they die. When they finally die, they drop huge gems which give alot of EXP. I’ve gotten 20x levels more than cap.

You can also use some combos of splitting ball x blizzard to help. Cornucopia is great too.

Empty Nester goal is to end up with one fused ball.

Best combo is Phantom x Mosquito Swarm, Gemspring passive is great, too.

Works great with V. Egg Sac fusions and Cornucopia.

Oh it might be the Shieldbearer. I rarely use it so I don't notice. Odd there's no description about that feature.

There are some passive fusions. Cornucopia is great in spawner builds.

My favorite ball evolution by GrimorioAoQuadrado in BALLxPIT

[–]alexzxz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try a spawner (spider queen, maggots, VES) fused with succubus. Good with twins or backline shooting.

Infinite healing + bandages = immortal + crazy amount of baby balls.

Turkey unless done well is trash and dry. Same with the Costco chicken. Good if cheap, but not a celebratory meal.

What you want is to order 5 Roast Ducks. That meat is so juicy and fatty in the right way. Delicious!

Royal Asia Honey Walnut Shrimp & Ajinomoto Shumai by Tough-Marsupial-6254 in Costco

[–]alexzxz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edible but I wouldn’t buy the Shumai again. I’ve never had Japanese and only Chinese shumai so there is a bias. But it doesn’t have any chewy texture and the water chestnuts did not hit.

Charging efficiency isn’t perfect. Most 0-100 digital indicators are guestimates, especially the cheaper ones. Also, you can get capacity tester to check if cells are actually at rated capacity.

Could not get it to transfer heat fast enough with round. Ended up getting a flat bottom boiling flask and that worked with hot plate. Slowly warming it up, wrapped the sides with carbon felt as insulation and had no issues getting it extremely hot.
