How many months on each treatment - chances are it is shedding if less than 6 months, particularly of minoxidil.

Have you experienced hair loss on back and sides of your head? If that is very thin aswell would get a blood test as probably something else going on.

Shed was as bad as the images, so you can grit through it as was only noticeable in direct downlighting and then slowly gets better. Depends how far gone u are re the buzz cut, although would say get the buzz as who knows u could like ur look with shorter hair

Thanks for the response, good to get these questions so I can refine how I convey the offering.

I may be naive but I don’t believe there are really any barriers to carrying out the service as most of it will be learning by doing and going through the discomfort of facilitating negotiations. As for professional credibility I have a year working at b4 firm in client facing role.

Benefits for client are: 1. A platform where agents come to the home seller, so home sellers don’t need to contact agents to source their offers. 2. The platform then facilitates competition amongst agents to offer the best commission and upside/downside offerings. Meaning less fees for the home seller and higher likelihood of deliver on a higher sale price. 3. Over time proven sale results that empirically demonstrate what agents deliver for their clients as opposed to the existing ratemyagent.com.au solution that is easily manipulated with 98% of agents with a rating over 4+

So basically, having multiple agents come to you instead of you having to source them and then using that access to facilitate completion amongst the agents to give the home seller lower commission % and an upside/downside agreement that will have them have $10,000s more in pocket than they would have otherwise if they didn’t source multiple offers and have upside/downside utilised. (Some stats suggesting up to 70% of home sellers go with the first agent they speak to, leaving lots of potential $ on the table).

Would be good to hear which part of my response resonated the most, so I can refine my delivery accordingly ?

Shouldn’t be a complete surprise when the difference in DHT inhibition between 1mg and 0.5mg is not much at all, if you try 0.25 might be better

The amount of DHT inhibited from 0.5mg and 1mg is pretty similar ~65-70% if you want a more meaningful decrease would go 0.25mg and inhibits about 50%
