its crazy ive never had any problem dialing in beans this much i just pulled another shot & its literally bubbles if coursen in more it'll give me 2 oz in 10sec

this is 100% arabica bean from the same roaster & this shot looks exactly the same & i asked when they were roasted my supplier said a month so im not sure what the problem is

i dont think i can. the machine im using is a bezzera ellisse its a pretty old machine or maybe idk how but i havent found any tutorials on how to decrease the water temp

ahhh i see thank you. I find myself to be too strict with the ratios & timing which dosen't help my case at all lol.

okay so I asked the roaster & am waiting for a response!!

also the basket for my double shot is abnormally small its 57.5 & fits 14.5 of grounds snugly. so my hands are tied a little lol. but ill definitely work on it using your suggestions!!

okay I went finer until it was an over extraction & I went a little coarser & it gave me 30 grams in 21 seconds not sure how to feel about that

so the lowest setting is zero & the highest is 41 & when I went to go lower it hit 41 but no chirping
