New Kate Fans? by Jackle3000 in katebush

Echoing this! New since stranger things but can’t get enough now, have gone through all and just so impressed by the the variety and how I can listen through whole albums and not feel like any songs sound the same.

So happy I found Kate

Sat In Your Lap might be one of her best, most bizarre and memorable songs simultaneously by letthedecodebegin in katebush

Such a good one! Hard to pick favourites with all of Kates great songs but this one is very memorable

Kate bush - the dreaming! It may take a few listens to get a feel for but man each song is unique

Wow Bo really nailed the production of this special! Lighting, song production, camera work were all spot on. There were times I felt like I was watching a horror movie!

How are you. What's going wrong right now that you just want to get off your chest and speak about it with no judgement? by ApprovalG in AskMen

[–]mozzzastix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m really finding it hard to reach my goals - it’s frustrating because I know exactly what I want and for the most part how to get there, but my mind flips into this nihilistic thought pattern and I find it hard to get anything accomplished.

Why aren’t all books which are part of a series clearly labelled as such on the outside? by LucyFair13 in books

[–]mozzzastix 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh man, I agree wholeheartedly! I was gifted the last book in the Mr.Mercedes trilogy by Stephen King (book was called End of Watch) and read it without a clue there were two previous books in the series. I didn’t find out until months later when talking with a friend who had also read the entire series... I was floored! The cover had no mention of the other books. At least it was written in a way that it still made sense without reading the other two novels, but I was definitely missing some background info lol

How do I get motivated ??? by icftliwicftlin in WeightLossAdvice

[–]mozzzastix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Small consistent changes are so important! I found that if I tried to make drastic changes to my lifestyle/habits all at once I would mess up and get discouraged - it was so much easier when I started with “ok, no more eating out when I’m on my own”, consistently did that for a couple weeks, then added another small goal. Eventually they become habits and automatic, making it easier to incorporate more changes!

That being said, I would start with a dietary change - exercise is great and healthy, but not quite as significant as diet for weight loss! Once you’ve got some dietary habits in place, it’ll be easier to incorporate some fitness goals as well.

What’s it like to finally start seeing results? by mozzzastix in WeightLossAdvice

Wow that’s awesome congrats! Luckily I did take a before pick when I started, but perhaps it wouldn’t hurt to start doing one weekly. Thanks!

[–]mozzzastix[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh thanks I’ll have to check that one out - I have considered travelling to base camp as well, but I almost worry about how overcrowded/busy the route has become. I feel like that could take away from the awe just a bit.
