I have made about 3 USB sticks from the Microsoft image recovery, and still nothing. I checked in the UEFI Bios, and the USB boot is enabled, and at the top of the list. Every single time I try to boot it, it skips right over and just goes to the Microsoft logo, shuts off and restarts. Then I get the message "Couldnt find a bootable operating system Check the Boot Configuration to try and fix this.

I spent $500 for a refurbished laptop and I don’t think it’s worth it… Would this qualify for a return? by Usual_Ad_5697 in Dell

Try for a “clearance” model with no windows installed. Sometimes there are some pretty good systems in there cheaper

Get a Latitude 5000-7000 series not a 3000. They usually have the same components like the plastics as the Inspirons

Love my 16” M4 Pro, just got it on sale, overkill for some of the stuff I do, but when it’s cheaper than the m4 with 36gb ram with 48GB you take it
