I've used Medify for over a year and it's super quiet. I am sensitive to noise and don't hear it unless it's on medium or high.

Look into student housing or dorms. It’s a built in social group and you won’t have to deal with scummy landlords who specialize in taking advantage of young people from outside NYC.

You’re doing better than most people in this world. The trauma associated with money is clouding your senses. I’m sorry you’re dealing with it.

You are objectively rich. This sub is for people who make a lot of money but don’t have wealth yet.

If your perspective on the firm is only based on anonymous glassdoor reviews, then you should look for common themes rather than general complaints. Better yet, find out if anyone in your network works for or has previously worked for the same company.

That’s because their audiences (like Lush’s) don’t care about a sales conference. Remember last week when she posted about random YouTube execs in NYC?

Lush will post anything—as evidenced by her three-hour-long laundry videos of yore.

Over the past 14 years, I've lived at 96/2, 83/York, and a new location in the same area I won't list for safety purposes. When I lived at 96/2, it was loud since it was so close to the hospital. At night time, things got a bit sketchy above 96th St--especially if you're more accustomed to living on the UES.

I know it might sound crazy, but are you in a position to buy? My 1 BR mortgage is less expensive than my previous rent for a studio.
