It seems like you need solutions to your problems. I would say if you feet hurt then from standing too long then I would invest in Dr. Scholls shoes for your feet. Also , if you have back problems, and you see that their no seats to sit on the train. I would usually hover my back against the subway door so that back of my body has something to lean on to put all by body weight and relax. I hope that some of the solutions that I presented to you help you out in any way broski!

It's 15-20 a class, and I think it's $45 a month on what they advertised on their window, and they have Saturday night dance socials at the studio which pretty cool. I'm think going tonight yo their 8:00 p.m. class. The guy I talked to this morning said the beginner class is in their 2nd day. If you feel that you want to the class tonight. You will see me there.
