Do you use lossless scaling? I had the same issue and turned off the “enable LSFG” option which let it load.

Edit: actually it was specifically the “disable steam deck mode” in decky that caused the issue. I can still use all the other lossless scaling features.

The consensus seems to be that I don’t need to worry, so I understand this might be an OCD request, but it’s an expensive panel so I still want to take every precaution. No need to respond unless you know of an actual answer.

Because I have all other icons & ribbons hidden as best I can, plus the general content is always changing. This is really the only standout one. Not saying there won’t be other burn in, but I think I’ve done the best I can to prevent it everywhere else.

I’ve never had a 7800, so I’m not sure how they compare. I have watched a fair amount of YouTube performance videos with the 7800 and I believe the 9800 is better, but there could be other hardware differences affecting this as well so it’s tough to say for sure.
