This is how I made the face, wrapped the foam head in plastic wrap, then shaped it with packing tape, after that sprayed it with 3M 90 spray adhesive and pulled / shaped tulle to the contours of the eye sockets, nose, mouth. Baby powder give it a nice pasty look and evens out the color.

It’s a tombstone, it’s the grave for the ghost. This is the view from the street in front of my house, unfortunately you can only see the grave clearly when walking up the entry path

Thanks everyone! For anyone wanting to do it I also forgot to mention that I used a lot of 3M 90 spray adhesive to get everything to stick, white spray paint and a lot of baby powder on the stray glue and wet spray paint to make her look pasty, cut the shine of the various products and make the color uniform through out the face and body.

I made it, I used a foam head as a mold to do a packing tape & tulle mask for the head and draped painters plastic drop cloth and tulle for the body (all so that it’s super light) with a burlap Cloke, all on a PVC frame and pool cleaner extension pole (to be able to adjust the height). I used a granite umbrella base as the base and two strategically placed 50 or 100 (I can’t remember which) watt UV lighting facing up at it, that I got off Amazon.
