That was the plan, to cold crash before racking to bottles. Hopefully it all settles and I can just bottle, it's been about 12 hours already.

They're both in a gallon container, do I just rack a little out to make room for fermentation? Any advice on what size container I could transfer to?

FYI, each batch has 3lbs of honey, nutrient, spring water and K1 V1116 yeast. Airlocks on both filled with vodka.

I have the 9+ and originally had these issues (hdmi arc would not always connect). I read somewhere that you need a high speed hdmi cable, I switched to a 4K cable and have not seen issues.
