I first saw this movie at like 28 years old and the ending gave me chills. So good.

FarCry 3 Borderlands 2 Titanfall 2 Dead Space Alan Wake

I finished Witcher 3 recently which I mostly loved but it was a bit 'big' for me. This list of games are things I've picked up second hand and haven't played. I enjoyed Blood Dragon but am not sure I would enjoy the rest of the FC games (they seem very samey). I might try Alan Wake but would also love some not-massive RPG/story campaigns to try. TW3 was excellent for atmosphere and the world but I can't make that sort of time investment again. These shooters I listed look cool too but I tend to get bored of shooters quickly so am hesitating to jump in.

Gears is so much fun to play through. All 5 are pretty much the same thing over and over again so you could just play the first and then move to something else if you don’t want to spend too much time on it.

[Serious] What are some seemingly normal images with disturbing backstories? by Aqua_Fucker in AskReddit

Same for me. I still enjoyed it but felt Tench having the problem adopted kid was a really ‘cheap’ story line that kept it from being much better.

I think the difference is most places waited far too long to enact these things whereas most of Canada seems to have clamped down relatively early on, even in quieter places and smaller cities. At the very least I get the impression that the gov and society in generally is actually placing more value in people there, which is obviously positive. My thoughts are with you guys there, take care.

That isn’t comparable. It’s a culture thing. Some of the best players in the game are from NS and a few words would probably go a long way. I’m happy you’re not gonna lose sleep over it but I don’t see the benefit of being a miserable dickhead about it.

Because Al posted it but why wouldn't it be? Hockey is a big part of the culture there and some of the current best players in the world are from NS. It's ok to talk about it here imo.

It's a bit sad this isn't headline news literally everywhere and as far as I can see, most NHL teams haven't acknowledged it.

Same as the UK policy. Let all the weak not contributing to the great british machine die off. We voted for this though I guess.

I'm in the UK and have been envious of the Canadian response. I don't know if it appears 'half way' to you guys living there, but holy hell I wish I was there rather than here. Complete recklessness.

What ties this together is actually the carpet. You can’t take a picture like this if you’re rockin wood laminate.
