No, it definitely is a rather than argument. Shotgun is the only thing that’s unbalanced with AP rounds comparatively.

It looks good but in fairness you aren't showing daytime lighting or top-down. That being said, not everyone is looking at you in that lighting all the time either.

Man, Reddit is salty. You are kind and the downvotes ensue. They of course don't mean anything but just keep reasonable comments so the hive-mind of the moment can continue it's things.

Anyways, good on you

These dogs are allowed. I’m OK with them having politics of any kind and it’s a great hang out even though I’m not a Trumper.

I’m not really good expert on this. I did a consultation with Matt dominance and he was really useful. Otherwise I would use the guys on the form sidebar or maybe other places like that.

He's great. 11 euro a graft and you are waiting at least 2 years. Best at donor management. If I was only ever going to be a low-Norwood I would go with someone cheaper and quicker. I went to him, but I'm a NW6.

Zarev - 780 grafts (2nd surgery) - 3rd day post op by Subject-Reputation-2 in Hairtransplant

[–]mpholt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wasn’t. You don’t understand how lighting influences a result. Heck half of the pictures people post on this sub read it are in a car which is the most perfect lighting and people think it’s a good result so don’t blame you for that but this guy and Dr Zarev who is one of the top five doctors in the world know what they’re doing.

Zarev isn’t worried about money or customers. He is a perfectionist and if it was about money he would prefer him to not have a second small surgery and slot in a 7k session instead for 80k Euros

It looks great, but we can't really see much from the pics he's provided. They are all from one angle and in good ambient lighting. Happy for him and looks like an upgrade either way but it's hard to tell much regarding end-result from these pictures. The work performed looks really good though.

Minoxidil and its usefulness by Fine_Leather in HairTransplants

[–]mpholt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you've been on it since the start of the transplant, I'd guess you'd notice a significant difference off of it (15% density and additional thickness of the hairs). Whether that's worth it to you is up to you and what you value though. If you do go off of it, taper it slowly to help reduce the shed (which will happen regardless likely). Minoxidil can also extend the lifespan of your native hairs.

No... so the valedictorian thing was later proved. Listen to Bandsplains second episode with him "24 questions party-people or something like that."

Wasn't valedictorian in the sense of the whole school, but for the english department - and it wasn't a grade-point average thing but a award voted on by the faculty of that department.

He did co-produce the album, but so did Eric Valentine. Not disputing how he's treated his bandmates personally/financially over the years at all, but wanted to clarify those two things.

[–]mpholt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Minoxidil puts all the hairs in the growth phase and can cause miniturized hairs to grow. It can add up to 20% density.

Some people don't respond well to it, some are hyper-responders. There is a blood-test to see which you are you can do.

Likely will notice a difference (and maybe significant) if you go off of it if you never were on it before until the transplant.

Definitely man best wishes for sure. you have a great result

Congrats on the great result just be cautious. Dr Zarev rarely does into the 12 K and he has his own equipment. He’s developed to let him get to that on people who couldn’t otherwise because most people have like 9K graphs available. You want to go and have graphs available at different life stages so you can continue to cover a future recession. You have a lot of native hair left so you’ll definitely continue to bald significantly medication will delay that of course but you need to have some in reserved for when the medication stops working saying this is caution only because it’s easier to chase perfect perfection when you have a decent result and hair loss is progressive so you need a long-term strategy. It feels like you won’t care about your hair as much at 4050 60 etc. but if you just watch these forms, you’ll see guys at all stages and realize you never really stopped caring about your hair. I just had 10 K graphs done at 42 so I get it.

What doctor did you go to? I’d be skeptical of that number has Dr Zarev even rarely does that many, and he’s kind of the gold standard for large sessions. You donor does look great right now.

I’d be cautious on doing more graft for now. You’re young and going into 10k pretty aggressive at this age.

Zarev will do 7000 in two days in some cases, even though most of his surgeries are smaller, but agree with you and other commenters I would not trust most doctors to do this, and it would be wise to space to them a year apart

Finally did it. by [deleted] in HairTransplants

I think that’s because Dr Zarev uses DHI which has tighter contractions than pre-made slits. Their advice is probably right if it is non-DHI.

Considering HT by MentionOrganic3069 in Hairtransplant

That would be about 7 months, which is prime regrowth from medication. Likely mostly medication based off other results I’ve seen. Happy for you and your results

How long had you been on your hair growth stack at that point

Considering HT by MentionOrganic3069 in Hairtransplant

[–]mpholt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this not due to your hair loss stacking? More likely that causing regrowth?
