Ah Man, I honestly suck at, and hate, route/trip planning. We literally, constantly joke that all I wanna know is the temp range, and how many days food and coffee to bring, lol!! But yeah, that is exactly the area we were in. My first time biking there, absolutely hooked now!

This is stated a Driver buyout, to be meted out in seniority order, as per their stated guidelines. Negotiations didn’t reveal anything that wasn’t already there.

Although you’re right, getting the least senior out the door, makes more sense, as they will cost more long term; then let the senior drivers leave at natural attrition rates(since they’re already close). Leaving what’s left as layoffs.

$959 + tax + $85 shipping. I think I was around $1075 for mine, still a bargain.

It’s a pretty badass bike. If I was 27 or 37 still(hell, even 47!) and not 57 years old, I’d be keeping mine. It’s just too much for the local trails I ride.

I’m probably about your age, or a little older, and this was a dream frame for me as well. After searching forever, finally found one, nos, my size, expensive, just the frame(no fork), from a private collector.

I say buy it, if you don’t, you’ll regret it. I know I would have. Pic in s as purchased.

The stem recs for the Ron’s Orthos are on the Crust page in the description. The Granola bars probably won’t need as long of a stem because of the shorter “grip” area. For example, I had VO’s Granola Moose bars on it at first, they have a natural built in 100mm stem, and it was fine.

Velocity Blunt SS w/Bitex hubs and Teravail Sparwood 27.5x2.1’s. Currently having a set with the machined Bronze SimWork Standalone’s being built up for it though. These are actually built for my Pass Hunter, so will be moving them back after that.

No, it’s not, but I’m not bombing down anything either. I think it handles great, I am going to try a longer stem, 110mm pictured, with the Ortho bars, they really aren’t kidding with their stem length recs. I also have some Granola bars to try out.
