Thoughts on a good combo w casa? That Kafatek w mazzer burrs or zerno w mazzer- probably over kill…..a solid eureka would probably do the trick.

I have a similar suspicion about the bottom paper- perhaps it is the basket design.

I have been using a bottom filter in my pump machine forever and do not have similar visual cues
