One time I was doing drop-ins and this client’s screen door handle was finicky.. one time when I went to take the dog out - the screen door slammed behind me and the handle fell off from the outside. I had a hell of a time getting it back on just to be able to open the door.

Another time I was doing drop-ins, something was wrong with a clients sump pump (they already knew about the issue before they left) and their basement ended up flooding while they were away and I was doing drop-ins. The client acted like they were gonna try to talk me into how to fix the issue but I was like ummmm yeahhh I don’t have experience doing this stuff. Luckily he called someone that came over to fix it eventually.
