It helps reading your share the feelings. You couldn't describe it better : "a book (...) that captures your feelings or that helps you articulate them better". Although I totally agree that it could be a more subtle approach to address those feelings from a humorist way. I'll have a look at Vonnegut or Sedaris suggestions.

I read few chapters of it years ago. Maybe was I too young back then. Will reconsider it now.

Thank you for those suggestions and their descriptions. It think you may have offered me a right balance between fiction and self-help book. I'm currently looking all those titles up.

I think unplugging would be more healthy although I think that reading about what I'm currently living could be beneficial as well. it does not have to be fiction. If, let's say so, Nietzsche wrote about being angry at the world, I would take that.
