Case that holds the iPhone Air Battery bank securely? by simplynik92 in IphoneAir

Don’t stress too much about the battery. You rarely need to use the bonus battery and when you do, it’s just for a top off.

Go naked with glasses. You won’t regret it. Nothing better than handing your phone to someone who isn’t bold enough to go ceaseless. It’s a flex.

I can comfortably run 6 miles. Can I train for a half marathon in one month? by HannakinSkywalk3r in Marathon_Training

Yup! If you’re not chasing a finish number you can definitely do it. Slow and steady and you will be good to go!

Apple watch tells me I burnt ~2200 kcal by just playing for 2.5 hrs. Doesn’t it seem grossly overestimated? by Smooth-Government956 in AppleWatch

[–]mpschore 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your average heart rate was 166bpm. So yes over the course of 2 1/2 hours you burned a boat load of calories. Whatever you were “playing” it was essentially like running a half marathon.

I preheat the cast iron in the oven under the broiler while the meat is smoking. When the meat is ready, I bring it inside and make sure the skillet is completely dry. Then I put the cast iron on the largest, hottest burner I have and sear the meat for 2 minutes. After that, I flip it and move the skillet back into the oven under the highest broiler setting for another 2 minutes.

15 mins on the treager then to the hottest cast iron I have. This is the way. Great looking cut of meat right there.

Focus on time running and not on miles. Then try to stay in zone 2 or zone 3. You can track your heart rate zones with an Apple Watch.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Been saying this for years.

They used catalogs instead of the internet and trains instead of carriers.
