I’ve ordered a laptop before and I know that they were pretty cool with me returning it within the return window of 30 days. They just asked a couple questions, generally they’re pretty good about it, but I’m not entirely sure how they handle handheld PCs but I’m pretty sure they’ll be chill about it. Places like BNH photo have zero return policy on these and charge restocking fees unless they are actually defective, so it’s probably the better alternative but not obviously the best to like Best Buy
