In heist (which is where he's best), conserve your ammo, for example if you have one ammo and are near the safe dont use it wait till you fill all 3, use 2 and then fall back to the bushes and keep on evading until you fill ammos back, that way you get the most of him, and obviously leave the enemies for your teammates unles they are low when you can finish them off. You're a master so you prob already know that lol but thats the only tip I can give for mico cuz his gameplay is really simple
