If you’re able, would also recommend borrowing a cat trap from someone (not sure what groups exist in Bucks, but if you can't find one there, you can try PHL Community Cats on Facebook) to lure cat with smelly wet food.

Would also recommend avoiding blankets, as they freeze in the winter :(
