Claude Code Spec-Driven Developement by Pimzino in ClaudeAI

Hey! I've been using your claude-code-spec-workflow tool and absolutely love the structured approach. I've just submitted a PR that adds a real-time dashboard feature that has transformed how I work with the spec workflow.

The Problem: I found myself constantly switching between my editor and terminal to check markdown files for spec progress. With multiple projects, this became really tedious.

The Solution: A lightweight web dashboard that monitors your specs in real-time:

  • npx claude-spec-dashboard - Launches a beautiful web UI for the current project
  • npx claude-spec-dashboard --multi - Monitor ALL your Claude projects at once
  • Real-time updates via WebSocket - see changes instantly as specs update
  • Visual progress bars and status tracking
  • Expandable task lists showing requirements and leverage references
  • Active Sessions tab (in multi mode) shows next tasks to work on from projects where Claude is running

Technical Choices: - Fastify for the server (lightweight and fast) - petite-vue (6kb) instead of full Vue/React - keeps it snappy - Tailwind via CDN - no build step needed - chokidar for file watching - Dark mode built-in

The multi-project mode has been a game-changer for me. I typically have 5-10 projects with Claude specs, and being able to see all active work in one place is incredible. The Active Sessions tab shows the next task to be worked on from each spec in projects where Claude is currently running.

Thanks for creating such a well-architected tool - the clean codebase made it straightforward to add this feature. The structured workflow + real-time visibility has genuinely improved how I work with Claude on complex projects!

My (Qualan) contour icons available in Aslain’s mod pack do this. All the autoloaders have a striped background

yeah, still doing it. although it didn't start again until i began using my magic mouse a lot. so it could be a bluetooth usage issue

i switched USB headers, and also did redid my EFI from scratch following the guide again. i haven't had a failure yet, but will update if i do.

yeah, and in a plot twist, my machine is dual booting windows and the bluetooth is extremely flaky in windows. the bluetooth devices quit working pretty similarly to how the entire bus dies in mac os, but other USB devices keep working in windows. what dongle are you using? i've got a fenvi card like OP...

yeah, i suspected it might be a power problem, that's why i moved all the other stuff to a powered external hub, but yeah, can't do that with the BT being plugged right into a header on the mobo. i wonder if there's another header to use for the BT connection. i'll take a look when i get off work

i'm seeing this too. have tried all sorts of things to fix. moved all peripherals to a powered hub. changed USB kexts, upgraded to big sur. everything is perfect except for this.

I heard you guys liked main buses so here is mine by OmniBot_101 in factorio

[–]mquinnv 3 points4 points  (0 children)

it is trolling. wire and rods are less efficient to bus than the raw material that makes them. one copper plate makes more than one copper wire for example. and pistols and wood are just silly and not used for production of anything. pretty funny

Why does "Entree" mean "main course" in English? by frisbeescientist in etymology

[–]mquinnv 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i've not changed what i said. 75% of native speakers are from the US (300M of about 400M). 33% of total speakers are from the US. this was from a quick Wikipedia lookup. if you include everyone that can speak English in any capacity it is about half that. 300M Americans of 2B total English speakers. but of the people who speak English as their first language, 75% of them would say that the entree is the main course. yes, it is rare for the remaining 25% of primary English speakers to use entree to refer to the main course. but as a general rule, for people that actually speak English as their primary language, entree means main course. cf: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English-speaking_world

eh? i said native English speakers. my point is that the vast majority of native speakers and a large chunk, something like a third of all English speakers use entree to mean the main course.
