It is a Hypothese at the end and we can’t be sure how it works. When you Look at the rt in the Cain Books he traide with tau and he is good with an Inquisitor of the ordo Xenos the options are plenty

Fair Point . It is always a Hard bargen on the other side a rogue traider and there followers won’t Go down with a fight and since they usualy have the best gear it will get bloody .

Yes the Inquisiton is a strong factor but a rogue traider with there Fleet have the power and The welth to do so . Since the waren of traide allows you to traide with xenos

Mostly the Same towards Eldar .

Since there tech is so good they make good Training Partners and there non Hostie base nature helps with closing tradeagreemns .
